We consult with you, on your home, for your benefit. We are not a contractor, but we do know how to talk the talk and walk the walk. Our red seal carpenter is able to build a workflow that will give you peace-of-mind that the job is being done properly.
Certified Professional Home Inspections
Surprises are for birthdays, NOT home buying! We do thorough inspections and inform on items that require attention. We are not focussed on filling a report.... we are building an accurate picture of the homes condition. You can see if the house needs painting, we advise on what the average person might not see such as the condition of the roof, foundation, decks, windows/doors and much more…where training and experience is the most important.
Certified Radon Mitigation & Measurement Services
Radon is a naturally occurring, colourless, odourless gas emitted from the soil. It is a common misconception that this soil gas is not found in much of Atlantic Canada. In fact, this gas is present in elevated levels exceeding Health Canada guidelines in approximately 1 in 3 homes in Atlantic Canada and 1 in 5 homes across the country.

From insurance purposes, to diagnostics, thermal imaging is what we use to track down the issue.
As one of the few certified on PEI our reports can be used to determine insurable eligibility, or simply to help a homeowner locate and identify a problem.
In the near future Cleya Ltd. will diversify its services to expand on its ability to serve you best in ensuring that your space is safe, comfortable and as efficient as possible.
Future services include: Indoor air quality testing and remediation, as well as Energy advisor services for retro-fits and new construction.
