Radon Measurement & Mitigation Services

Radon is a naturally occurring, radioactive gas produced by the breakdown of uranium in soil, rock, and water. It is invisible, odorless, and tasteless, making it undetectable without specialized testing. It enters homes through foundation cracks and other penetrations into the homes structure, typically below grade. When trapped indoors, it is the leading cause of lung cancer in non-smokers. At Cleya we offer radon detection and mitigation services to bring you peace of mind that the air you and your family breathe, is safe and free of harmful levels of radon gas.

Thermal Imaging Services

At Cleya, we offer thermal imagery services through our certified thermography technician. Thermal imaging is a game changer when it comes to identifying things that typically go unseen. Air leakage, moisture intrusion, hot and cold spots etc. This can be a valuable addition to some of our other services, or it can be offered as a stand alone service as well.
