About Cleya Ltd.
Hi, I'm Zack.
I started Cleya Ltd. to give Island homeowners straight answers about their homes, from someone who knows how houses are built and how they go wrong.
I'm a certified home inspector, a C-NRPP certified radon measurement and mitigation professional, a Red Seal Carpenter and a Net Zero Home Qualified Builder. Whether you're buying a house, worried about radon or trying to fix a problem that won't go away, you deal with me directly from the first call to the final report.
